Kiwanis Club of Lakewood, Colorado


The Kiwanis Club of Lakewood always enjoys doing for the community. The opening of school this year is no exception asthe Club adopted Glennon Heights Elementary School. Several Club members shopped 'til they dropped for school supplies. On August 18 the supplies were brought to a regular weekly meeting where 27 Kiwanians filled backpacks with the completed list of school supplies for the students and several boxes of supplies for the classrooms. The staff at Glennon Heights were delighted to receive the supplies as they have had several requests from parents for assistance.
